Could use a trim of about 40 minutes, and the ending (though realistic) makes you want to throw something at the screen, but for much of the time this is a sturdy socially-conscious drama in the mold of John Sayles. The lead actor even looks like a Tunisian David Strathairn. The show is stolen by Hafsia Herzi's gutsy performance though.
